They suggested I bake the cake for the out going boss. Which I gracefully accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was one of the more flexible briefs&#8230;<br>Loves banana bread<br>Likes Daisies<br>Some Caramel wouldn&#8217;t be bad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus they got this monster! Layers of Banana cake, a delicious caramel filling, topped off with a swiss meringue buttercream and daisies. I&#8217;m reasonably happy with how it turned out.
