This monster of a cake. This was really my first foray into this style of cake.
A very simple brief – Chocolate and Vanilla in Green.
This 2 teir cake was to feed ~80 people. 4x 12″ layers, 4x 7″ layers, alternating chocolate and vanilla, with a green Swiss Buttercream finish. Topped with Buttercream and Meringues.
