I’ve always had a love of food and really enjoyed baking in particular. Whiles struggling with motivation and love for my 9-5 job I decided to investigate some learning opportunities after hours. I poured over the general business categories, and job relevant courses before running off on a fantasy tangent. I found some baking and patisserie courses. Looking at the options closely with inspiring topics of Gateaux, petit fours, and chocolates, Patisserie stuck in my mind. So I signed up.
This was a turning point.
