I started a new job, not even a week in and they knew I had a passion for pastry. They suggested I bake the cake for the out going boss. Which I gracefully accepted.

Some Caramel wouldn’t be bad
Thus they got this monster! Layers of Banana cake, a delicious caramel filling, topped off with a swiss meringue buttercream and daisies. I’m reasonably happy with how it turned out. The daisies were hand made with a cutter, with centres painted with food colouring, and turned out quite well.
