The fondant hides a delicious dark chocolate ganache with layers of vegan chocolate cake. What kid doesn’t love a good chocolate cake? This 7x9inch happily served more than 12 hungry witches and wizards.
With just some simple elements such as the fondant Hedwig and of course a wand this Harry Potter themed cake came together well. Additionally, this cake really helped me work on my fondant skills. I still very much prefer buttercream cakes, but am pleased with the final result.
